| - No alcohol consumption by anyone under 21 years of age. |

|
| - No alcohol allowed in the vehicle if underage persons are present (without a parent or legal guardian). |

| - Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the vehicle. A $50 charge will be applied per incident. No exceptions. |
| |
|
| - A minimum charge of $300 will be applied for anyone vomiting in the vehicle. |
|
| - A fee will be applied for excessive mess of the vehicle (with food or drinks) and will be inspected by the driver before the last drop-off (minimum fee of $50). |
|
| - All unruly persons will be removed from the vehicle at the sole discretion of the driver with no refunds. |
|
| - No fighting of any kind will be tolerated. In such event, the evening will be terminated, occupants will be left on site and there will be no refund of any kind. |
|
| - Andrews Limousine & Coach Service is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property. |
|
| - No illegal drug use of any kind will be tolerated. |
|
| - Overtime will be billed in one-hour increments after service has gone 15 minutes into the hour past scheduled service time, payable in cash or with a pre-approved credit card for overtime services and is due upon final drop-off. |
|
| - Customer agrees that a replacement vehicle may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, vehicle involvement in accident, etc. |
|
| - All sporting event and concert attendees must have valid tickets for the event to ride in the vehicle. |
|
| - Any parking fees or tolls encountered during services are additional (unless otherwise noted) and will be the responsibility of the booking party. |
|
| - For airport service, a fee of no less than $15 per each 15 minute period will be charged for the driver to wait past 30 minutes from the recorded pick-up time. |
|
|
- Deposits/retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be applied to future services by the end of the calendar year of the original booking date and for the same vehicle or larger, in the event of a cancellation, with the exception of weddings and proms and may not be used for airport service. |
|
|
- Payment in full is due before services begin and is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the event for prom and wedding services. |
